THE KEY ITEM was born on October 2010, and it’s a fashion blog dedicated to all kind of accessories. I’ve always thought that the perfect accessory is the key item of an outfit. It’s what defines a style and can help you change an image completely. I’m a true lover of accessories, it doesn’t matter the brand or designer; new trends or old vintage.. I love them all.
This blog is a recompilation of inspirational images, information about new trends and designers; as well personal pictures of my items, events and street style.

 I’m Nathalia Medina, designer by day and blogger by night. I graduated from Altos de Chavón, School of Design and lived in Milan for four years where she studied at Istituto Marangoni and worked in the fashion industry. I started this blog as a hobby because I wanted a space to express myself and all the things that I love . For the past couple of years, I’ve worked as a freelance stylist, sportswear designer and fashion graphic designer. Now I work with my sister Mariela on Ela Design Studio as Creative Director and Stylist for the brand.  While I’m working, I daydreams about shoes, ice cream and color patterns

THE KEY ITEM nació en Octubre del 2010. Este es un blog de moda dedicado a todo tipo de accesorios de moda. Siempre he creído que los accesorios son la pieza clave de cada atuendo. Es lo que te ayuda a definir un estilo y sirve para complementar tu imagen. Soy una amante de los accesorios, no importa la marca o el diseñador, sea nuevo o vintage … me encantan todos.
Este blog es uns recopilación de imagenes de inspiración, información sobre nuevas tendencias y diseñadores; al mismo tiempo publico imagenes personales de mis prendas, eventos y street style.

DETRAS DE ESTE BLOG:

Soy Nathalia Medina, diseñadora de día y blogguera de noche. Graduada de Altos de Chavón, La Escuela de Diseño (RD), viví por 4 años en Milán estudiando en el Instituto Maragoni  y trabajando en el negocio de la moda. Empecé este blog como un hobby porque quería un espacio donde pudira expresarme y colocar todas las cosas que me gustan. En los ultimos años, he trabajado como estilista independiente, diseñadora de ropa deportiva y diseñadora grafica de moda. Actualmente, trabajo con mi hermana Mariela en Ela Design Studio como Directora Creativa y Estilista de la marca. Mientras trabajo, sueño con zapatos, helado y estampados de colores.
